Welle 11 is a family-run apartment house. It is close to a white sandy beach in Westerland on Sylt.

 

 

We placed special emphasis on the use of natural materials during renovation. The flora around the house consists of native plants. The energy for our low-energy concept house is generated by our own combined heat and power plant.

 

 

The house is located within walking distance to the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Sylt dune landscape and the Südwäldchen. At the same distance there are several playgrounds and the Sylt Aquarium. Shops, excellent restaurants and convenient transport connections speak for themselves.
